Inquired for help within 12 hours of the order, asking to change the size. Seller reached back out 2-days later, saying there was nothing they could do…
Asked the seller to please keep the item and or donate, after they could not provide any assistance, so no shipping cost were included (to either side)

The graphics and print are great quality. The only reason I'm not giving a positive feedback is because as a hat seller myself, be it new or used, I spent $30 something alone on the hat plus the shipping. I am upset that the hat didn't arrive in a box. I would strongly suggest using boxes going forward. Other than that I am happy with my purchase, and will probably by other stuff from them.
