On assembly, the instructions aren’t brilliant but with a little perseverance and the instructions booklet to hand it’s ok in 90 minutes etc. as it needs adjustment re: the harness, the hip plate and the straps. Also worth noting the blade goes on with other component parts (which are provided) but the strimmer cable element goes on directly on its own.

Contacted supplier and the are sending replacement. The machine was well supported with moulded polystyrene packaging, the box was sturdy (it was supplier refurbished so this was its second journey) the delivery was speedy and the condition was like new. Great low noise compressor and totally happy with customer service. There are some great support videos on YT.
