The item (36" Coach 3810 belt) was as pictured/described by the seller. It arrived 6 days after I placed the order. It is a used belt, but was in good shape. I was replacing a 38" Coach 3810 belt that is too long with this 36" belt. Unfortunately this 36" belts is too short (tight fit even in the last notch) but this is not the seller's fault. I thought the price was high as was the shipping charge, but I was glad to find the exact belt that I was looking for and did not mind paying extra.
