Unfortunately the item arrived damaged, due to zero packaging, it was in a single plastic bag. Had there been a layer of bubble wrap it may have survived the journey. However, the seller was quick to respond and offer a discount, but as I had wanted the item as a novelty birthday gift, I wanted an undamaged item. The seller immediately issued a full refund. Can’t fault the seller on that. Many thanks.
