Bit tricky to view images on mobile but can be done must enter serial number to machine as the cameras to choose from the app to view are incorrect and for other devices. When serial number is entered in the app the app picks up the cameras immediately and can view images. Lack of any yale support is not good as is good for clear images using product. Took a good few hours to figure out and play around with app to get the images on mobile android device. Some send it back as not easy
