The description and the photos are misleading since the net (behind the grille) is not included in the delivery. I contacted the seller and he said that the grille can cause a hazard to the vehicle. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description and all the photos show the grille with the net.

She was very rude over the phone call, As her username suggests Rude Abey~~~~We do not tolerate any kind of abuse towards our staff~~~~we told you to return the grille so we can refund you but you kept insisting on refund without returning the grille~~~~Unfortunately Some people do dream about keeping the item for FREE and get furious when they are woken up~~~Our Return policy is very simple and easy~~~if you dont like the item for any reason then simply contact us to return it for a full refund

Ok I was originally sent a damaged grill , distortion and dents in the chrome , after asking to return the dented original, they sent me another dented grill . It seems they only sell seconds and all grills have defects.

This Buyer misuses ebay policies~~~~he was saving costs on fitting so instead of visiting a professional body shop, he decided to become a Bob the Builder for 1 day and damaged the grille in his learning process~~~~instead of admitting his mistakes, He started threatening us with Negative Feedback (Misusing ebay feedback policy)~~~~we sent him a New Grille for FREE~~~~Now he is embarrased and he is forcing to find a fault to cover his embarrasment through the pics~~~~What a Shameful Disgrace
