The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

brilliant bags for the WD 4 premium
Iv never used bags before in the hoover and these were a god send, Does not effect the suction and the filter lasts sooo much longer before you have to clean it. Well made and excellent quality. Done a whole Kitchen fit and have not had to change the bag once
