The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Contents not as stated on the tin.
I have used substantial numbers of tins of the Ronseal dark brown over the last few years and always been pleased with both the performance and the dark colour. I recently purchased two tins and, although it clearly states on the tin that it is dark brown, upon opening and starting to use the first tin I found that the contents are definitely LIGHT brown.
