The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Looks good until one tries to fit in usb slot.
Cant get it to upload music, might be my computer..but on pushing it into usb slot its cover slide's back on itself? being at the back of my mac, the usb slots hard to find, this item just compresses back into its storage mode..the type that have metal folding ends much better..not impressed.
