    I love this book,every recipe I’ve tried has looked and tasted so good! I’m just an ordinary cook , so if the recipes work for me they will work for you! A real must have addition to any kitchen.

    The content is good but some ingredients used are expensive and difficult to find. Also the book would benefit from itemised recipes in the content at the front of the book to make it easier to find a recipe. Other than that a good cook book with some interesting recipes.

    Good variety of recipes to suit all the family, even the fussy ones!

    Very easy meals to prepare for husband recovering from heart surgery and healthy too! Only just received the book so slowly working my way through it especially for the healthy ingredients required to help his recovery. By the way Tom, you are looking good too, after your weight loss. Must be down to your recipes in this book.

    Excellent book for making great food, the recipes are well explained and easy to follow with the added attraction that the menus are for around 8 servings, this is brilliant as you can freeze some for another day also, no working out extra ingredients when having friends round

    Unexpectedly (but pleasantly) hot!

    It's a pretty nice collection of recipes, lots of flavour(s). And, by the way, it's an effective altough somehow unexpected way to loose weight! I believe it's not for everybody, as some flavours and soooo many chilli pepper variants may not please to al tastes. (Also, some shorter people may have to adapt the portions...) Overall a nicely written cook book, easy to follow, correct and technically flawless, thanks chef!
