Someone needs to be in to sign for Next Day Courier deliveries. If you are not in, they will leave a card with contact information and try again. If you are still not in and have not responded to the card left, the package will be returned to us at your expense (£16). However, if you leave a signed letter for the driver authorising him to leave it with a specific neighbour, he will.

If you ask us to change the Courier delivery address to a different postcode AFTER the package has already been sent, the Courier Company makes a charge for this (£16) which will be passed on to you.

International:

There is NO FREE International postage option.

We send nearly all of our items to the European Union. If your country is not shown, please ask us for a quote.

Due to Brexit and Covid disruptions and delays at some Borders, some Countries require a delivery waver if delivery times are extended. We will request a special shipping arrangement for these locations. Orders will be cancelled if we cannot obtain a delivery waiver.

Orders under 2 kilos will usually be sent Worldwide. If a price is not shown, please ask BEFORE BUYING.

International Returns:

We do not refund International postage under ANY circumstances. This part of the contract has already been fulfilled once shipped.

If the package is returned to us because you changed your mind, refused delivery, were unavailable for delivery or did not collect your package, the package will be posted back to us at your expense.

Customs:

It is your responsibility to check your Customs/Import regulations regarding tax, duty and permitted items. If you buy an item, we will send it assuming you have checked. There is no way we can know the changing rules for every country and region. This is your responsibility.

If it is returned because it is not allowed through your Customs Office, you will still be charged for postage and any inspection damage incurred.

I haven't tasted yet, but the smell that it has made is incredible, I've purchased from homebrew online before and their craft was amazing, so I'm sure this will be just as good. One note is to make sure you have a 25 litre fermentation barrell, if you don't already have one, it makes 23 litres.

Fab beer kit
If you last made beer from kits 20yrs ago, you are in for a revelation. This is such a great beer kit with all ingredients included. The 2 hop pellet bags that you add at the end of fermentation really hops the beer up with citrus & tropical fruits. If you like DIPA, then this kit is for you. Even my wife thinks it tastes good & that’s after my previous Efforts in yrs gone my when her view was unprintable!
