Have yet to see how the item is when its 'up and running' but so far I can say its an attractive item to look at & appears to have plenty of space for storage. Ao customer service staff very helpful in my needing to plan delivery for a specific date, which was quick in terms of delivery timescales too. Only negative is that I thought the delivery people would have unpacked the item for me. Don't know if not unpacking the item is standard with ao, but think this should be part of service.
