Arrived in excellent condition,at 1st I thought they sent me a new one by mistake,as it's in much better condition than described.Came complete with original box,manual & parts.Excellently refurbished & extremely well packed.I had a small issue,the clip securing the suction tube to the vacuum was faculty.I emailed customer service to see what could be done.Anita was very apologetic & informed me that she would send another tube within 24hrs,as promised it arrived.100% recommend this seller.+++

Arrived early this morning which is effectively a one day delivery since I only ordered it some 36 hours beforehand. Line on screen which I already new about. No solar remote with it however no big deal. So far I am impressed with the service although have not had to engage with them regarding any problems as yet but have had a couple of responses to questions all within 24 hours. So far so good. Decent price . Quick dispatch . Just needed a good clean as the seller described it as dirty . It was blocked up with a screw stopping the brush rollers. Just removed inspection cover out it came item works fine. It came with a years warranty also . Seller very helpful with enquiry and prompt answer . Would recommend
