    The seller and Justin from Customer Service have been great and very patient. The tire arrived super late and I had been even refunded. Now we are trying to find a way to send me a new invoice. The tire got stuck somewhere in PA in one of USPS hubs and mysteriously reappeared 10 days after it was shipped and without any new tracking information since October 24. I wonder where and why the item was sitting somewhere for so long.
