  • Excellent read!

This book is incredible! I am homeschooling my kids this year and we got this book as part of our curriculum. I decided to read it first and I absolutely loved it. The story is compelling and the point of view of this young boy during the Holocaust is remarkable. It is a very quick read and I'm excited for my kids to read it. It is also so scary to see the similarities between their time and ours, freedoms being trampled on. I never thought I would see such similarities in my lifetime...but there they are. We also received this book very quickly and in great shape. Thank you!

  • This book will be an heirloom to cherish.

I love historical stories that include depth of human character. This book did just that. It was a nice flowing story. This book that will be passed around to my friends and family. It was easy to hold and the font was easy to read. I will cherish this book and its message of humanity. This is a suitable read for a classroom.
