Book came with more damage than detailed. Requested a full refund since the listing stated it accepted refunds. Seller offered a minimal partial refund after I initiated the refund process so I refused. Item is in transit now and seller opened a case against me. Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Don’t buy from them.

I tried everything to be kind, respectful and professional with this buyer. I offered partial refunds and refunded entire purchase price, but this buyer insists on being rude, disrespectful and for some reason, unnecessarily spiteful. All good. Deal with this buyer/seller at your own risk. They are not nice and vindictive. BUYER BEWARE,
