Snails arrived not looking to healthy, not even sure if they was alive left then in container to adjust to water temp, then let them drop to bottom 4 didn’t which was odd.24 hours and no change2 had gone down never moved dead. 2 stayed up we placed them on magnet partially in the water. Still no movement. contacted seller only to get reply place veg in tank. Fine we did, but nothing have asked for replacement but nothing has come as yet.
