I opened 1/3 boxes to check a hanger and didn’t like the finish (a lot cheaper looking than the photos). Didn’t use the hangers simply placed it back, taped up the box and the plastic bag and sent this back to them. Then they raise a case on eBay saying the hangers are not in a resellable condition and was going to make me pay £38 for opening 1 box, 2 remained unopened! Didn’t answer my messages just raised a case trying their hand to get their item and my money. AVOID THIS NASTY SELLER
