I Won this item in auction and was requested to "kindly" send more money since they didn't want to sell for that price, just don't do auctions then and sell for the price you would like. I asked them to just cancel the order so they could sell for more and the answer was that wasn't best for them, are you kidding me? So paying more was the best for me? Very rude and poor professionalism, that's not the way it works

Item not pictured, different mug came chipped seller has been informed pictures were provided and replacement has been delivered now they need to deal with the manufacturer and provide the picture of damaged mug to them so this can be resolved
