After purchase, the seller was requested to pack the item securely or well since it did not come in its original box. My daughter who received and opened the package observed that the item was not wrapped enough to secure the item from any damage. Fortunately, there was no damage during transit of package. Also, it would have been nice if the seller had taken a bit of time to respond to the written request.

We ended up sending a courier to pick up the books in person because we do not live locally. We did offer to pick up in-person to save on the overall cost of the auction, but nothing was officially changed from the original terms listed. Shipping costs were still applied (less than $10) in the auction and we still have to pay the courier for his services yet and so not a perfect transaction, but nonetheless, happy we got it done, thank you.
