The elementary version of the Write Source books!
The Write Source books are all part of a very clever stylebook series for kids. They can be purchased individually for home use, and schools also purchase school and class sets for kids to use as writer's guides. I was first required to purchase this book as a college student for one of my elementary education classes. I was so glad to have it, because even though it's written for grade school kids (grades 2-5), there were many reasons I could use it as a college student! Like others in the series including All Write (for grades 5-6) and Write Source 2000 (for grades 7-9), this book contains information on how to write, how to write in certain genres, how to conduct research, and how to learn (study skills--in addition to having a terrific reference section that includes maps, ... The Write Source books are all part of a very clever stylebook series for kids. Every kid who used one of the books had something great to say about it!
