    It was the wrong amperage when sent, and to be fair they came back and offered a partial refund to keep it. I explained I needed one with less power to not risk damaging the unit it was for. They didn't have a replacement of the correct one so they refunded me. Cannot fault the communication and service. I would use again because they do try and put things right.
