Thought I'd wait a couple of weeks before leaving feedback. It was always going to positive, sender was swift and easy to deal with and product was exactly as pictured. Followed his instruction, so far I've only seen 2 flies in the last 2 weeks! That's just from a single watering. If you're hesitating or thinking your hydrogen peroxide might work.. This just solved it! And at this price I can't see why you could try other stuff. Don't hesitate!

This is more comfortable for me to cut with. The shape is more ergonomic. However the mechanism for the blade to retract when you release the trigger is very stiff and not working so i have to put it into lock position when using it, which is disappointing to be honest as it was one of the features i was looking for

It's been about 3 weeks and I'm almost gnat free!
I soaked the bits for about 3 hours before using the water. The first time around, I just watered and then placed sticky traps. The traps caught a few gnats but I didn't have a lot of them flying in my face. After 2 weeks, I repeated the process but this time, I replaced the top few inches of soil with fresh soil before watering. I've seen about 3 gnats since! I'll be buying more to use in my regular watering.
