It did take littler longer to receive the device. However, I do understand that holiday season may have contributed to this delay. The seller was helpful and did his best to communicate.
The product looks good on the surface; however, I have not tested as I am waiting for a caddy to arrive. Judging by the surface look, I trust it will be good when I finally get to use it.
Over all the seller is reliable.
