Poor service. I noticed the label was created but the seller never shipped it out. I waited 3 days and then reached out. Seller said they'd send it out the following day. 3 days passed and still no movement. So I reach out again, never heard back. Reached out again in another 3 days... still nothing. This went on for about a month. Seller ghosted me; Never responded to me. In the end I had to go through Ebay customer service and request to cancel my order and get a refund. Bummer experience.

After two weeks of seeing my shipping status as label created, i reached out to see what was going on. It took about three days to get a response saying it was mixed up with another order. The record arrived yesterday in an Opened slip with no protection whatsoever. Very disappointing
