The frame arrived broken (despite being bubble wrapped and settled into packing peanuts), which was unfortunate because it was meant to be a birthday gift; however, after reaching out to the seller, they promptly mailed me a replacement frame and were kind enough to overnight it to ensure that I was able to give the photograph to my bestfriend in time for her birthday. Communication was great, the item itself was gorgeous and exactly as it appeared in the photos.
