    My problem is with seller communication not the organizer. I purchased what ended up being a counterfeit Birkin Bag on EBay that I ordered this organizer for…when I found out bag was counterfeit I immediately tried to cancel organizer right away…the item wasn’t shipping for days…however seller ignored my requests. I understand no return policy but I do not understand not canceling right after order placed and definitely not even responding.
