I asked the seller if the product looked like in the picture, with the same quantity of charcoal and perlite. He said yes, then the product arrived with much less charcoal and perlite than I expected. I contacted the seller and he didn’t agree, despite my sending 4 pictures of this product. In the end he was rude saying I was bombarding me with questions. I really don’t think is right given that I asked if the product was going to be the same.

shame on YOU,I said you could return it for a full refund if not happy with product,but instead buyer threatens to leave negative feedback. and constantly messaging me,9 MESSAGES IN 10 MINUTES.regarding the charcoal & perlite it clearly states in description 5% charcoal 5% perlite.
