At 76, I am about to retire from my Dry cleaning shop so I had to buy a washing machine and dryer I first ordered the washer antold the seller the shop would be open from 9 am.- 4 pm. At 7.30 am. the driver was waiting outside the shop. we arranged another time and this time turned up at 7 pm. When he did turn up I asked if he could help me lift it into the van he said I deliver to buildings not vans. didn't buy the dryer. He left it in the middle of the shop a customer helped me put in the van.
