Seller sent not as described sleeve and record (both defective) wrapped in Christmas paper (cost £2.06) with no protection (check his feedback he has something of a track record for this). When I requested refund he offered the most implausible excuses and refused to allow me to return the item. When it arrived in his possession (thank you eBay!) he refused to refund, stating that he had no money and offered further ridiculous excuses (again thank you eBay). Make your own mind up, I have!
