Thank you for the super Hetty Vacuum, it’s so powerful, almost difficult to use on my thick lounge carpet, my arms have a great workout ,lol . I asked for and received a Hetty which arrived on time. It's even better than I expected - cuts cleaning time down and is very easy to use. Long power cable means not having to constantly unplug and change sockets. It came with brand new hose and attachments which also are a good length to make hoovering quicker. Much cheaper than buying new and great to be reusing kit

Where do I start, amazing response time to messages literally within minutes. Extremely quick dispatch and delivery less than 48 hours and I got the colour I requested and to look at you can not tell it’s a refurbed unit and it comes with brand new attachments a bag pre installed ready for action. This hoover arrived with a plug with 2 of the pins bent (see photo). I contacted the seller who said it may have been damaged in transit. The plug was in the middle of the box and the damage could not have happened in transit. Also, how could this hoover have been tested before being sent out??? Very poor quality control. The seller agreed to a refund but I still feel disappointed and have the inconvenience of returning the item.
