Unfortunately the item never arrived. This was purely down to the Royal Mail who have more problems over the Christmas period. The seller pursued the matter with Royal Mail and established they were at fault. He was very prompt with an acknowledgement of what went wrong, a full refund and offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase. Occasionally the Royal Mail lets us all down. I have no complaints about the seller and would deal with him again in the future. (item description n/a)
