    The sink arrived brand new in the box. We opened the box and started to fit the sink when we noticed a small hair line crack in the corner of the sink. We contacted the seller to report the issue and the response was that the drain kit has been fitted so it's was damaged after delivery so will not return. Buyers beware as this seller is selling faulty second hand products. The sink didn't have the original packing to protect it in the box as you can see in the photos

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. As advised in our messages, the sinks are not sent with the waste kits fully fitted like this so installation has been attempted, and you also advised us that you did not believe it to be courier damage. Any items damaged during installation cannot be returned as not in a sellable condition, and this type of damage is not covered under warranty.
