I have contacted the seller expressing my concerns that the item was not the brand bag as described - but I had no response. The item was noticeably not up to the brand’s standards…. and it will go straight into the charity shop pile.
It was initially meant for a present so was not looked at for a while.So glad didn’t give as present!
I am not going to be buying from this seller again.

I've been on holiday, but thanks for that. Most people just open a return case. The bag says Baggu on it, it was sealed. that's what I sold. I'll just block and report you.
