I am very impressed with this seller.
My order arrived very quickly and was well packed. As I unpacked my rebounder trampoline I noticed a broken part. I alerted the seller and they got back to me immediately with a resolution. This saved me from having to repackage it and send it back.

My order was sent very quickly. Thank you for that. However the descipriton in the listing did not match the item I received. The photo showed two dolls in a box and I received a box containing only one of the dolls in the photos.The seller was quick to respond to my messages and discovered that the item had been listed wrongly. Seller then immediately offered me a partial refund which I accepted. Overall I am happy with my purchases from this seller and have bought more items from seller.

Awful. These three big plastic storage boxes are advertised as being lidded (the lids are even described in the sales pitch) but they arrived with no lids. This means they are no good to me as they are to store clothes in a garage and I don't want mice to get in. I complained: the seller told me I could buy lids elsewhere or I could get a £10 refund. These were mis-sold. I can't return as they are massive and heavy. Seller not interested, no resolution from ebay. 3 unusable boxes. Waste of £35.
