Item actually sold a year ago, but eBay didn't remove from listing. Seller IMMEDIATELY notified me of situation and issued refund. That's a GREAT seller! I can't really rate shipping time, but that's not really on seller anyway, though I do highly rate communication and shipping costs would have been fair.
