Delivery was promised 20-24 November. Nothing received to date. Apparently in the hands of Royal Mail (Tracking number GQ494705170GB who can give no details of package. Have not contacted seller as he has put n the hands of Royal Mail as they have given it a tracking number. Now December 7th - still now package. . .

Shipped tracked and signed for on time. Communicated the matter to the buyer. Item when reported to Royal Mail as missing, marked as "lost by Royal Mail". Buyer was refunded in full. Case closed. I have spent £ on shipping, time on listing + packing, item is now gone and RM insurance does not cover its value.. Negative comment in this very instance is simply unjust and unfair to say at least.
