I purchased this product and on the second time using the height adjuster snapped. I took it to my repairers who fixed it. Then within one month the drive cable snapped. I complained to gen power they eventually sent a replacement cable. Which was completely wrong part. I tried several times to contact them they would not reply. I am left with a lawn mower that I can not use. Don’t buy from these people I purchased this product and on the second time using the height adjuster snapped. I took it to my repairers who fixed it. This is a quality product - the plastics are not the cheap ones you get on many mass made lawnmowers and the engine and controls all appear to be of a good quality. Set up is easy - fit the handle, fill the oil, fill the petrol press the button and off you go (the battery was even sufficiently charged) - cant fault it. Its a bit heavier and a bit more cumbersome than the non roller variety but they are all going to be like that. Overall a surprisingly good product that works from the box. Purchased this mower as a refurbished model, but was pleasantly surprised to receive it in virtually pristine condition. Even the engine oil was provided. Fairly straight forward to assemble, with clear instructions contained in the manual provided. This is a heavy beast of a machine, but it cuts beautifully and efficiently. I opted for a model with a rear roller, which enables the user to turn the machine with ease, and provides a great striped finish to the lawn. Really impressed with this petrol mower.
