      All purpose seasoning

      I have been using this for years now and the fish one can be used on chops and the Sunday joint and in stews, not just fish. A tub lasts for ages andthe flavour never seems to diminish or change with keeping. Especially lovely on grilled salmon steaks with a blob of butter.

      Best jerk spice, ever.

      I have been using this jerk spice for years. What ever you do do NOT add salt before cooking, it's in the mix and it will be very salty when you eat it. You can just rub it into what ever you are cooking, or put a big spoonful into some chopped toms with loads of garlic and let the meat marinate. So when cooked you have a nice sauce to put on your rice or whatever you have with it. I just make a kind of hot wings meal, we all love it.
