Ordered hat on 10/28/2023. Received hat on 11/21/2023. Hat was shipped in a plastic bag. In bad condition. Ordered camel color received rust shade. Sent message to seller about the condition same day. Took hat to dry cleaners to see if it could be steamed out was told no would ruin the felt. Several messages back and forth was told if I gave them a 5 star feedback today they would ship out a new hat in box? Not good customer service.
