Hello, we need video of the packing, box, and all contents inside, we need to confirm it is the one we sent to you, because I know other seller have defective microphone. If we confirmed it is ours, we can accept return for full refund or resend you another new one.

The seller tried to send me another microphone to replace the first broken one and didn't even request the broken item back. The 2nd mic also arrived damaged. In the mean time, the seller stalked my personal accounts and sent me harassing messages. I have since acquired a real Shure SM7B, and it is apparent this is a scam account.
