Wrong item supplied: I ordered a air filter for a Mk 7 Transit 2.2 TDCI, chose this company as they were selling reputable brand Borg & Beck. However they supplied a Air Filter for a 2.4 Di TD transit. Obviously it did not fit. I have messaged 3 different people, each has given different instructions on what to do. They do not wish to supply a returns postage label. The advert is incorrect but they have asked me to prove it with screen shots etc. Still in dispute
