Good customer service and excellent delivery only had to wait until the next day even though it was supposed to be 3 day delivery so was happy about that! As for the actual scooter itself the build quality is good but I am worried about getting some new tyres as I have not been able to find any anywhere and the size is extremely unusual a 7.5in and has to be a solid one as it won't take a tubeless one other than that I love it and it's fast for a small scooter does 21mph
