    Seller provides excellent communication and support on merchandise. Unfortunately the Italian postal service seems very slow which has initially confused me. Highly recommend this seller!

    Communicated with pgallery2010 and received full support and guidance on shipment information. Turns out Italian postal takes time for delivery unlike the postage service from where I live. Not sure how other regions differ but taking this into account might be helpful. Would otherwise retract my negative feedback but ebay does not allow for any "edit or removal" of initial feed back and thus would like to supplement my initial feedback with this additional comment.
