Tried to get refund as bed is bad quality and is tiny the ad reads large dog bed I got one a bit bigger than my hand trying to offer me a refund of £5 and keep it when I’ve said twice the bed is way to wee

Firstly, the buyer contacted us said the item is small to fit, we marked size on the option list, he ordered "M（19.69*15.75in）". so we suggested if mind keeping with discouont, didn't force him to agree. Now left negative feedback quality is bad.
