There was a glitch in the system that would not allow me to pay postage even though it showed. The seller was great and refunded my money. We agreed to cancel the sale and try again. Great at quickly communicating. Best customer service ever if there is a bump in the transaction. I would give 5 stars for ability to muddle through the eBay glitch.
