    Seller states that they are shipping from the US but they are not and will ship your product from China. To satisfy ebay's tracking number requirement, they will send you a "gift", in this case they sent cable ties. They then ship your order from China. Many times these sellers will say there was a mix up in the shipping and the wrong thing was sent (the gift) and that they will send a replacement (what you ordered). Many counterfeit items are still coming out of China, Buyer Beware!
