Received multiple items in small range of colours which I cannot use. Tassels are also poor quality. Contacted seller and was told that the pack is of assorted tassels but this is not stated anywhere in the listing. Asked for a refund as the item sent was not as advertised or a replacement as advertised. Seller will not reply
