Okay. So, I placed this order over a month ago. The shipping number was provided 21 days ago and there’s been no movement, I updates. I reached out to the seller and he hasn’t yet responded. I ordered other products from a similar region at the same time and they all got here weeks ago….. if I were a betting man, this will turn into a refund. And if I had just read the other reviews, I could’ve avoided a headache. Even if the product shows up at this point, this seller is t great.

The product did arrive and exceeded my expectations. It was a very nice Mala with very high quality beads. The seller needs to work hard on improving the customer service experience, but he was not unpleasant. Just very difficult to communicate with and slow to ship.

I have tried to buy the SPECIFIC YANTRA IN THE PICTURE from 3 different sellers, and everytime I get sent a different variation than pictured. If I wanted the variation sent I wouldn't have ordered this one! Since a nice looking yantra did arrive I leave a "positive" 1 star for item description, and 4 for shipping as that was fine.
