Excellent seller with a conscience! Received a proof missing a small cloth protective pad. Contacted seller hoping they had it and could just drop it in an envelope. They apologized for not realizing it was missing and immediately offered for me to return it for a refund or discount. The pad is a miniscule item so I said I'd just keep the proof and would not require any refund. Seller wasn't having it and refunded me a "tenner" anyway. I'd do business with this seller again any day!
